1 pound flour ½ pound butter 1 teaspoon baking powder ¾ cup milk 2 eggs 1½ cups sugar 1 coconut, grated
Directions: 1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Add eggs and continue beating.
3. Add coconut, then flour and milk alternately and lastly baking powder and blend well.
4. Pour into greased pan and bake in 350°F oven for about 40 minutes.
To Make: 1 sponge cake
