1 lb currants
1cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of Tonga bean seed (optional)
2 sheets store bought pastry dough
Method:
Wash and drain currants
Mix together sugar and spices into into the currants
Roll out pastry dough thin enough to roll
